Shipping and Returns
We ship within two business days after receiving order. We usually ship next business day after receiving order.
If you need an item quickly, please select the appropriate shipping service. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for anything shipped Media Mail. Media Mail can take anywhere from two weeks to one month, and is considered a low priority by the US Postal Service.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We respond promptly. Returns accepted for most items within 10 days of receiving the item, unless otherwise specified on the product page. We will pay return postage if it is our error. We will process returns within four days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on gift certificates or downloaded items such as software, pdf files or mp3s.
